Panama City Beach, Florida The St. Joe Company shareholders are invited to attend the 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting being held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort, 16006 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. The meeting will be on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. CDT and those shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, May 19, 2025 will be entitled to vote.

The Company will webcast the Annual Meeting live, in-listen-only format, on the Company’s investor relations website at https://ir.joe.com. An archive of the Annual Meeting will be posted to the Company’s investor relations website following the Annual Meeting and will be available until Friday, August 29, 2025.

Additionally, at the meeting’s conclusion, the Company looks forward to once again hosting a tour of a select number of its properties for shareholders who attend the Annual Meeting. Space for the tour is limited and advance registration is required. Please email JOE2025@joe.com your interest in participating in the tour to reserve your seat by April 25th. Seats on the tour are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
