Watersound, Florida – (March 25, 2020) - The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) has announced that shareholders of record at the close of business on March 25, 2020 will be entitled to vote at the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders, which will be conducted virtually this year. The virtual meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time via the internet, with no physical in-person meeting. In the event you plan to participate in the virtual meeting, the URL will be: www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/JOE2020. To access, a shareholder will be asked to enter the Control Number found on the shareholders proxy card and notice materials.

It is important that shareholders’ shares be represented at the Annual Meeting, regardless of the number of shares held. Whether or not a shareholder plans to attend the virtual Annual Meeting, please vote using the Internet, by telephone or by mail, in each case by following the instructions in our proxy statement.
