The St. Joe Company Announces Plans for Annual Meeting of Shareholders
The annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (CDT). The meeting will be held at the WaterColor Inn located at 34 Goldenrod Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.
The Company will webcast the meeting live, in listen-only format, on the Company’s investor relations website at http://ir.joe.com. An archive of the meeting will be posted to the Company’s investor relations website at http://ir.joe.com approximately 90 minutes following the meeting and will be available until September 1, 2018.
